Lean Six Sigma Certification
For the in-class onsite and public training, the Yellow/Green/Black Belt candidates will receive printed or soft copies of the training material and hands-on training in Minitab and SigmaXL statistical software. Please see below for our current discounted training cost and tuition fees.
For the online training, the Yellow, Green and Black Belt candidates have up to fourteen months to complete all the certification requirements and eighteen months for the Master Black Belt certification. Typically, completion of the certification requirements takes one to six months, depending on the belt level. Please note that being a self-paced program, the completion time it is highly dependent on student input and time dedicated to studying.
The certification exam and project review are included in the tuition fee for the online training and certification.
Training and Certification Prerequisites
Please contact us for the Lean Sigma Belt certification you are interested in. Based on your skills, knowledge and experience, one of our Master Black Belt instructors will assess your eligibility to go directly for a specific belt level.
If eligible to start at a higher belt level, you will not be missing out on any concept, tools or techniques. The higher level belt programs are designed to incorporate the curriculums for the lower belt levels.
For example, the Green Belt certification is not a prerequisite for the Black Belt program. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training program fully includes the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum. Based on experience and knowledge, the candidate may be eligible to start the training at any level desired.
Lean Six Sigma Canada certification is granted to those individuals who successfully complete all certification program requirements. There are no continuing education or other requirements necessary to maintain the certification once obtained.
