Ed Welsh, Head of Consulting Services with Lean Six Sigma Canada, will be instructing this Lean Green Belt classroom training
Our Master Black Belt instructors have implemented Lean and Continuous Improvement programs for health organizations such as St. Michael’s Hospital, William Osler Health System, Royal Victoria Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital, University Health Network, Hamilton Health Sciences.
The program is led by a LSS Master Black Belt with over 20 years of extensive, practical, hands-on experience in applying the concepts covered in the course.
Lean’s focus is on identifying, reducing and eliminating waste, reducing cost and lead time. Lean methodology and its associated tools make up a spectrum of continuous improvement techniques that, when understood, practiced and applied effectively, lead to dramatic improvements in quality, responsiveness, customer satisfaction and experience, reduced risk and business costs and increased competitiveness.
The program teaches you when to use the appropriate tools with the emphasis on hands-on use of the correct techniques stressing using the simplest, most effective approach.
Please also note that a large percentage of our programs and workshops are delivered onsite, where we can better accommodate the client’s timing and flexibility requirements, as well as work on projects that are specific to the organization’s situation.
