A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is team leader solving problems under the guidance of the Black Belt. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belts lead typically smaller-scoped projects.

The program includes a comprehensive course manual, useful templates, as well as interesting articles, case studies and project examples.
