Green Belt Curriculum

  Projects with a lower degree of difficulty  may be led by Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. It is their responsibility to:
     -Create or update the project charter
     -Discuss the project charter with the Champion
     -Select team members
     -Liaise with the Champion, Black Belt, and process owner
     -Facilitate the team through all phases of the project
     -Schedule meetings, create agendas and coordinate logistics
     -Analyse data in conjunction with the Black Belt
     -Train team members in Lean Six Sigma methodology
