Black Belt Curriculum

  Projects with a higher degree of difficulty will be led by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts. It is their responsibility to:
     -Create or update the project charter
     -Discuss the project charter with the champion
     -Developed a detailed project plan 
     -Select team members
     -Schedule and lead team meetings 
     -Liaise with the champion, master black belt, and process owner
     -Sustain team motivation and stability 
     -Facilitate the team through all phases of the project 
     -Calculate project savings 
     -Monitor critical success factors 
     -Analyse data in conjunction with the master black belt
     -Prepare and create executive-level presentations
     -Train team members in Lean Six Sigma methodology
