Lean Six Sigma Canada’s Training and Certification Offerings
Lean Six Sigma Canada offers online, public in-class and onsite in-class training and certification. Lean Six Sigma certification levels for the online training are as follows: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt . The same belt levels are being offered in our in-class training (onsite or public, open enrollment). In addition, for the onsite classroom training we offer White Belt (general awareness), Champion, Project Sponsor and Executive Leader training as well as Implementation and Deployment Planning and Benefits Capture training.
The vast majority of recruiters and employers are increasingly looking for Certified Lean Six Sigma practitioners. The certification is, in a nutshell, the evidence of practical understanding and the ability to run complex projects and obtain significant financial benefits. Also, your LSS certification is proof that you have transferable skills across industries.
We do not offer “accelerated” programs. For each belt level, the curriculum is very comprehensive. Once you complete the training, there should be no problem for you to pass the final examination. You will be ready to hit the ground running with your future continuous improvement activities and projects.
Our programs are structured based on American Society for Quality and American Society for Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge and framework. Our courses teach you how to apply Lean and Lean Six Sigma improvement methods and concepts in various industries, including manufacturing, service, healthcare and government. The classes are designed to include hands-on exercises and workshops are based on real life issues.
Our Master Black Belt instructors are subject matter experts, with more than 20 years experience in the field and have trained thousands of organizations and business professionals across a broad range of industries. Our Instructors have various levels of security clearance, therefore they can work in virtually any industry. If needed, upon request, the instructor can complete an NDA (non disclosure agreement).
For the online training and certification, the exam and project review are included in the tuition fee. You will also have access to hands-on Minitab or SigmaXL training.
